Before we accept your instructions we will need to inspect your property. We only accept instructions on properties that are vacant and fit our profile in terms of condition.
We will inspect and appraise your property free and without obligation.
Should you require a formal valuation, perhaps for probate purposes, we will charge £176.25 including VAT. We will refund this charge by credit to your commission account where we sell the property.
